We offer our business clients different types of services: hourly technical aid, basic maintenance contracts, extended maintenance contracts, and on-site trainings.




Hourly technical aid includes urgent on-site software, hardware, and network connectivity repairs and upgrades. Most of our diagnostic equipment is portable, and we will remove a PC to our workshop only when the problem requires more detailed diagnosis or repair.

Basic maintenance contracts consist of one or more monthly visit to your premises for tune-up and optimization of all servers, desktop, and laptop computers. Each visit will also eventually include a limited number of non urgent software, hardware, and network connectivity repairs and upgrades. We support software, hardware, and networking devices.

Extended maintenance contracts are more flexible and can include any number of services, including urgent repairs and upgrades. Their main goal is to allow you to deal with technical support and repair needs as a single, predictable line-item expense, rather than as an unpredicted emergency expense.

On-site technological trainings focus on increasing the computer literacy of business employees and owners alike. Those trainings are especially developed by us to be adapted to the existing level of the participants and to their current and predictable needs.




Backup and security have become high priorities for all users, and especially for business users, as internet usage (and its pitfalls) has become more common, and as more and more daily records are stored electronically. We recommend, install, and configure security hardware and software, and local backups. We can also analyze the eventual needs for off-site backups, and recommend appropriate solutions. We also offer data recovery services, and DoD compliant digital data shredding services.
